The Sole purpose of this build is to lock down enemies while in wars and also in Out Post Rush, How to accomplish this is to use an Ice shower to lock down the front door while using an Ice storm to supply slow and roots to lock down enemies from being able to push through, low health enemies may take severe damage from your ice storm resulting in a kill or two while you lockdown the front door/objective. Your tankiness will come from utilizing armor perks such as shirking fortification and resilient which should provide you with enough tankiness to survive an onslaught of attack's while pinning down the door. If you're alone in open field combat first place down an Ice shower followed by an ice storm, follow up with that combo by switching to your sword and shield bar, into a shield rush to then hopefully have a perfect line up to then use reverse stab, and try and finish your opponent off with heavy and light attacks.
